Accessibility and Recommendations
Accessibility
- Wheelchairs are available on request (at the ticket office).
- The exhibition route is adapted for visitors with mobility restrictions, with lifts and ramps to access the upper levels, with the exception of the Chapel area.
- Toilet facilities available for visitors with special needs.


Recommendations
- Bags, rucksacks or suitcases with a larger volume and umbrellas should be stored in the lockers available at reception.
- The instructions of the duly identified security guards, guides and room attendants must be respected.
- Children must always be accompanied by adults.
- The taking of images for professional purposes requires prior authorisation
It is not permitted inside the museum to:
- Eat, drink or smoke.
- Touch or handle museum objects, except those intended for that purpose.
- Running around or causing disturbances.
- Flash photography.
- Filming or photographing for commercial purposes without prior authorisation.
- Talking on a mobile phone in exhibition areas.
- Exceeding security boundaries.
- Entering with animals (except guide dogs).
- Using the garden and leisure areas for sports, games or other activities that disturb other visitors.
