Accessibility

  • Wheelchairs are available on request (at the ticket office).
  • The exhibition route is adapted for visitors with mobility restrictions, with lifts and ramps to access the upper levels, with the exception of the Chapel area.
  • Toilet facilities available for visitors with special needs.

Recommendations

  • Bags, rucksacks or suitcases with a larger volume and umbrellas should be stored in the lockers available at reception.
  • The instructions of the duly identified security guards, guides and room attendants must be respected.
  • Children must always be accompanied by adults.
  • The taking of images for professional purposes requires prior authorisation

It is not permitted inside the museum to:

  • Eat, drink or smoke.
  • Touch or handle museum objects, except those intended for that purpose.
  • Running around or causing disturbances.
  • Flash photography.
  • Filming or photographing for commercial purposes without prior authorisation.
  • Talking on a mobile phone in exhibition areas.
  • Exceeding security boundaries.
  • Entering with animals (except guide dogs).
  • Using the garden and leisure areas for sports, games or other activities that disturb other visitors.
