On September 11, the Ladies Night Fest comes to the gardens of MACAM in Lisbon with a lineup celebrating the talent of women in Portuguese gastronomy. It promises a dream evening combining fine dining, street food, great wines, cocktails, music, art, and much more.
The festival’s main dishes will be prepared by an outstanding roster of chefs: Adjoké Bakare, the first Black female chef to earn a Michelin star in the United Kingdom; Angélica Salvador, the first Brazilian chef to join the Michelin constellation outside Brazil; Justa Nobre, an iconic figure in Portuguese cuisine; Louise Bourrat, named Chef of the Year 2025 by the Mesa Marcada Awards; and the event’s host, Lara Figueiredo, Pastry Chef of the Year at the same awards and Executive Pastry Chef at MACAM.
The experience goes even further: a signature dish by Joana Barrios, recognized by the International Academy of Gastronomy for her contribution to gastronomic entertainment; oysters from Neptunpearl, by Célia Rodrigues; suckling pig from Tia Alice, a renowned name in Negrais-style roast suckling pig; artisan bread from Pão de Gimonde, by Elisabete Ferreira, the first woman to be named the World’s Best Baker; handcrafted ice cream from Giola, by Maria Alvarez Garcia, daughter of fashion designer Purificación Garcia; two food trucks led by women (Wonder Brás and Ao Ataco!); and an immersive experience by Food Design Lab, headed by Lucinda Pinto.
Caviar and olive oil tastings complete the gastronomic experience, alongside a curated selection of beverages from brands that celebrate female talent, including Churchill's wines, Casa Cachaça cachaça, and non-alcoholic options from Aquela Kombucha.
Festival tickets include all food and beverages.
For guests who purchase a ticket including the after-party, the evening continues with a live performance by Maria Vegas followed by a DJ set at àCapela – Live Arts & Bar, located within MACAM.
