àCapela - Live Arts&Bar
The former deconsecrated chapel of the Palácio dos Condes da Ribeira Grande has been given a new lease of life with àCapela, MACAM's new space dedicated to live music and other performing arts. This is a unique place in the city that combines entertainment, heritage and sharing - where you can experience the artists up close and personal.
àCapela will be closed on 15 and 29 March.
Space not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Opening hours from Wednesday to Sunday: from 3pm to 11pm
Events with free admission have limited seating. Booking is recommended.
Maintaining the grandeur and symbolism of the old chapel, àCapela now takes the form of a café-concert with bar service. Here, the public is invited to enjoy a drink and finger food in an informal and welcoming atmosphere, accompanied by music.
