Daniel Steegmann Mangrané

Daniel Steegmann Mangrané's (1977, Barcelona, Spain) research is composed of experiments that question the relationship between language and the world. Although essentially conceptual, his installations and sculptures engage the viewer's imagination in the reception of his work and display a concern with the existence of certain values that we see, but mainly with what we do not perceive. His interventions are accurate and contain a powerful force of attraction: a moment of uncertainty between what is artificial and what is natural.

He studied at the Escola de disseny i art, Barcelona, Spain, between 1996 and 1999 and at the Gris ART School of Photography, Barcelona, between 1999 and 2000.
